WASHINGTON, D.C. — The report cards are out and the grades are in.

Moms for America Action unveiled its third Congressional Report Card during a rally on the West Lawn of the United States Capitol, bringing together approximately 30 mothers, organization leaders, speakers and members of Congress to highlight lawmakers' voting records on issues the organization identifies as priorities for American families.

Held September 15 against the backdrop of the U.S. Capitol, the rally also recognized members of Congress who earned an “A” grade under Moms for America Action's grading methodology.

For the 2026 Congressional Report Card, Moms for America Action says it carefully analyzed 273 bills and amendments across 12 key categories, including borders and immigration, the economy, gender and diversity, the sanctity of life, parental rights and constitutional principles.

The report card evaluates all 535 members of Congress based on their voting records from the 2025 congressional session and their alignment with Moms for America Action's stated positions.

The Capitol rally featured Moms for America Vice President Debbie Kraulidis, Moms for America Action Deputy Director Raquel Mitchell, Moms for America leaders Barbie George, Rebekah Lichtwerch and Angelina Bank, along with members of Congress and other speakers.

Moms for America Action says the Congressional Report Card is designed to provide mothers and voters with a clear look at congressional voting records ahead of the 2026 elections and allow individuals to review the votes and grades for themselves.
