Our Story
Moms for America began in a living room in Dayton, Ohio with 27 women in November 2004.
Kimberly Fletcher, the Founder and President of Moms for America, didn’t start out looking to lead a national organization. She is a mom, a wife, and a patriot who, in the wake of the 9/11 attacks while her husband was stationed at the Pentagon, felt a deep, stirring call to protect the country her children would inherit.
In 2005, after a series of national media interviews, Moms for America grew to a national organization with at least one member in each of the 50 states and Puerto Rico.
In 2009, Kimberly played a major role in the Tea Party movement leading Moms for America to become a prominent player in the movement launching the Abigail Adams Project (now MomVote) and uniting with The Voices of America to teach Tea Party groups across the country how to get out the vote.
In 2012 Moms for America launched our signature program “The Cottage Meeting Project” leading to substantial growth through grassroots networking, in-home meetings, and regional events.

In 2017, Moms for America launched the “Moms March for America” a national event held in Omaha Nebraska. The event was livestreamed reaching over 2 million moms in all 50 states, over 4,000 cities, and 23 countries around the world.
Debbie Kraulidis joined Moms for America to produce the event which received national attention growing the Moms for America network to over 100,000 moms across the nation. After 5 years of dedicated service, Debbie Kraulidis was appointed Vice President of Moms for America in 2022 where she still serves today.

In 2018, Moms for America was instrumental in securing Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the United States Supreme Court, becoming a powerful and respected voice on Capitol Hill, and growing our mom network even further.
In 2020, with the rise of COVID, moms came to Moms for America for information, support, and encouragement, growing our mom network to over 200,000. The fraudulent election of 2020 brought even more moms to our doors wanting to get involved in election security efforts.
In 2021, as mask mandates and draconian government overreach flooded communities, moms flooded to Moms for America for help. COVID mandates soon revealed even more threats as moms started seeing what their children were being exposed to in schools. Moms began rising up in record numbers reaching out to Moms for America for help in addressing their school boards. Moms for America had been preparing for this time without even knowing what was coming. During what Kimberly calls “the quiet years” Moms for America was creating programs and resources to support moms with Mama Bear Training, Cottage Meetings, information booklets, and webinars covering everything from Parental Rights to running for school board.
What began as a small gathering of 27 women in a living room in Dayton, Ohio has blossomed into a powerful sisterhood of over 500,000 mothers across all 50 states standing united to protect our children, defend our freedoms, and restore the Republic.
Moms for America continues to be a major influence in our country, culture, and politics on the local, state, and national level, providing a voice of reason, an anchor of hope, and a beacon of light in homes and communities across America.

Lavender Purple is the official color of Moms for America
Lavender is a color that represents refinement, grace, and elegance and most commonly symbolizes love, devotion and purity. Purple is the color of royalty and we’re all daughters of God. And…it is red, white and blue blended together. It is a color that unites us and symbolizes the best in us.
